History
FSU celebrated the Dedication of our first location at 1201 East Main Street, Manchester, on October 17, 1992. Back then the youth center was called "East End" due to its location on East Main St. The center operated there for one year. High heating costs forced a move. The youth center then moved to our current location at 107½ South Franklin Street, giving us our new name "Franklin Street Underground", on April 23, 1994.
